Pay securely in various ways

Ordering at Eurogate International means quick, simple and above all safe payment. Eurogate International offers various ways to pay electronically. You can see what options you have at the checkout at the checkout. Whatever you choose, you will always receive an invoice with your shipment. The invoice states which payment method you have chosen. If you bank via the Internet at ABN Amro, ASN Bank, bunq, ING, Knab, Rabobank, SNS Bank, RegioBank, Triodos Bank or Van Lanschot Bankiers, you can safely arrange payment for your order electronically via our site.

An electronic payment via the Internet can be compared to a PIN payment in a shop. After placing your order, you choose the payment method iDEAL. A screen will open where you can choose the bank where you bank online. You follow the procedure that you are used to with payments via internet banking. We offer the Bancontact payment method for our Belgian customers. This safe and fast way of payment can be used for residents of Belgium who have internet banking from a bank that is affiliated with Bancontact and Mister Cash. There are no additional costs for this payment method.

Credit card

Paying with a Visa or MasterCard credit card at Eurogate International: easy and safe. Your data is encrypted and therefore sent securely. Both Visa and MasterCard require your credit card password.

Enter your credit card number, expiration date and CID / CVC code. This code is used for verification and is usually on the back of your credit card. The data is sent to the credit card company.

In many cases you need to verify the payment with 3D Secure (MasterCard) or Verified by Visa. These are security measures for paying via the internet. With 3D Secure (MasterCard) and Verified by Visa you can make your internet purchases with an extra password.

Once the transaction has been approved, you will receive a notification and your order will be shipped (if in stock). In many cases, the amount will be automatically debited from your account (more information about this can be obtained from your credit card company).

If you decide to cancel or return the order – or part of it – you will receive the credit back on your credit card. You will receive an e-mail from us when we have ordered a refund. The refund will usually be visible on your statement within six weeks.


During the ordering process you can choose to transfer the amount by bank (prepayment). We will ship your order as soon as we have received the amount. Please note that it takes a few days before we have received the payment.

In some cases we ask for a prepayment. In that case, we will inform you about this when you go to checkout. Whether we ask for a prepayment depends on the size of your order.

SOFORT Banking

SOFORT Banking is the online payment system in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. It is a simple and safe payment method. You can easily pay via a secure payment form and confirm the order with a unique transaction code (TAN). The payment is immediately transferred and we can quickly send your order to you.

Refund on return or cancellation

When you cancel or return your order, you will of course receive your money back. If you have paid for the order in advance, you can in most cases expect the amount paid to be on your account within two weeks (at the latest within 30 days) after the processing date of your return or cancellation. If you have chosen to pay afterwards (invoice) and you have not yet paid, your payment obligation will lapse as soon as the return or cancellation has been processed.
